Question : I have a LCD monitor. I think it is a 17" model and I'd like to use it as
both my computer monitor and as a television too. What should I do?
Answer : To receive terrestrial broadcast on the PC, you will need a TV tuner
device. This comes in the form of either a PCI card or an external USB device. A
software also has to be installed to allow the video streams to be displayed on the PC. Now
with the TV tuner and software already installed, all it requires next is an antenna. It
is best to place this antenna outside of the building for better reception.
